Refund Policy

Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide exchanges. However, if an item is defective or damaged, or lost in transit, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Undeliverable Returns

You are responsible for monitoring your tracking information, so you know when orders will be delivered. Orders that are automatically returned by the courier due to failure to collect, or incorrect address, are not eligible for refund or replacement. However, we may send a replacement at our discretion provided the cost of return shipping (both ways) is paid. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your replacement item.

 

Cancellations & Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will be provided once the order is canceled before we ship it. Once it is shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and/or refund. Once your cancellation request is received before the item is shipped, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
